When it is determined a new position is needed, Maris Recruitment

1- We receive from the Employer a Job Order with the adequate documents and information:
* Job description,
* Job Requirements,
* Company information,
* Salary, Benefit Package and projected assignment dates of the require position.
2- Maris Recruitment Ltd.
will acquire CV’s for the qualified personnel in accordance with the Job Order.
3- Maris Recruitment Ltd.
onduct a screening based in the criteria agreed upon with the Employer.
4- After the 3 to 5 working days Maris Recruitment Ltd.
shall conduct a due diligence background check
on each and every
Applicant, including but limited to, conducting a references check then performing a thorough interview with Applicants who
passed the second screening using industry standard competency, talents and behavioral screening models.
5- Upon a successful screening process, and within 7 to 10 working days
from the date of which the Employer submits the Job
Order, Maris Recruitment Ltd. will submit to the Employer CV’s of Applicants that match with the criteria.
6- Maris Recruitment Ltd.
will coordinate with the Employer, if the Employer so requires, an interview session to meet with
the final Applicants - announced and conducted as soon as reasonably possible. Interview sessions will conducted over
telephone, video or web conference, and/or in-person.

First Round Interviews

Once the interviews have been completed, Maris Recruitment need to assess the extent to which each one met their selection criteria including but not limited to:
* The best candidate for the position was chosen based on qualifications
* The candidate will help to carry out the University and Department’s missions
Reference checks should be conducted on the final applicant prior to making an offer. While it is advisable to conduct a reference with the candidate’s current supervisor before a candidate starts employment, if the candidate is reluctant a conditional offer of employment can be made.
Upon completion of the recruitment process the offer to the selected finalist is made. Prior to initiating the offer,Maris Recruitment does one more check of the selection process be completed as follows:
* Review the duties and responsibilities of the position and ensure they were accurately described and reflected in the job description and interview process
* Review selection criteria used to ensure they were based on the qualifications listed for the position
* Confirm interview questions clearly matched the selection criteria
* Confirm all applicants were treated uniformly in the recruitment, screening, interviewing and final selection process
Initiating the Offer
Once a final check of the selection process and the final applicant has been determined, Maris Recruitment will contact the Candidate selected for the position and will provide will all require information.
