Position Overview:
 
The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing staff performance. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, guest interactions, and team leadership to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Guest Service Excellence:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance.
Staff Supervision:
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating front desk staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Operational Support:
Collaborate with the Front Office Manager in managing daily operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and room assignments.
Inventory Management:
Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness for guests.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare reports on front office operations, including occupancy rates, revenue, and staff performance metrics.
Policy Implementation:
Assist in enforcing hotel policies and procedures to maintain standards of service, safety, and efficiency.
Financial Management:
Support in managing billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial procedures.
Communication Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication between front office staff and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to front desk associates to enhance service delivery and operational knowledge.
Guest Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with guests, encouraging their return through exceptional service and personalized experiences.
 
Qualifications:
   **  Previous experience in hotel front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

   **  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
   **  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
   **  Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
   **  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
