Bartender
Reports to: Bar Manager/Supervisor
Job Summary:
** We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.
** The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to patrons, including taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.
Bar Maintenance: Clean and organize the bar area, including washing glassware, restocking supplies, and ensuring a tidy environment.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and restocking items as needed; keep track of bar supplies and report low stock levels.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness standards.
Cash Handling: Process payments and manage cash register; ensure accurate transactions and handle customer inquiries regarding bills.
Event Support: Assist with setup and breakdown for special events, including private parties and corporate gatherings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
Knowledge: Understanding of drink recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, and wine and spirits knowledge.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
