Reports to: Bar Manager/Director of Food and Beverage
 
 
Job Summary:
   **  We are looking for a talented and creative Mixologist to join our hotel’s bar team.

   **  The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional guest experiences.
   **  As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for developing new drink recipes, serving guests at the bar, and ensuring that our beverage offerings reflect the high standards of our hotel.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Craft Cocktails: Create and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, showcasing inventive techniques and presentations.
Customer Engagement: Interact with guests to understand their preferences, provide drink recommendations, and enhance their experience at the bar.
Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal drink menus and special cocktail offerings.
Bar Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area; ensure all equipment is in good working order.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Training: Educate and train bar staff on cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and customer service standards.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
Event Support: Assist with beverage service during hotel events, banquets, and special functions.
 
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender in a hotel or fine dining establishment is preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail mixing techniques; familiarity with modern bartending trends.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
