Key Responsibilities:
   **  Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.

   **  Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
   **  Serve food and drinks promptly and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
   **  Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
   **  Handle customer complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner.
   **  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing used dishes.
   **  Process payments using the restaurant’s point-of-sale system.
   **  Collaborate with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure efficient service.
   **  Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or peak hours.
   **  Uphold health and safety regulations as well as company policies.

Qualifications:

   **  Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred, but not required.
   **  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   **  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

   **  Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
